Q: What time is check-in/checkout?
A: Check-in is from 3 pm to 9 pm (please call us if you need special accommodations). Checkout is at 11 am.

Q: Is there a possibility of getting an early check-in/late checkout?
A: There is a $50 fee for early check-ins and late checkouts respectively (upon availability). Please call us if you would like to add either or both to your reservation.

Q: What is The Sky View Inn's cancellation policy?
A: To receive a full refund, you must cancel or request to move your reservation more than 5 days in advance of your day of check-in. Any reservation not canceled or moved before 9:00 PM 5 days in advance of check-in will forfeit the deposit that was paid when the reservation was made. (E.g. Saturday check-in must be canceled before Monday at 9:00 PM). For reservations made before August 28th, 2022, cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in (9:00 PM the day before) will be charged the remaining balance left on the reservation. There are no refunds for early departures. Note that reservations made within our 5-day cancellation policy cannot be refunded or moved; all transactions made within the policy are final.

Q: When is the front desk open?
A: Our front desk is open from 9 am to 9 pm. Late-night/early morning calls are for emergencies only.

Q: Is The Sky View Inn pet-friendly?
A: Yes! Most of our rooms are pet friendly and we charge a $25 fee per night for pets. Please check the room description or call us to confirm you are booking a pet-friendly room.

Q: Is The Sky View Inn ADA accessible?
A: While we do have some rooms that do not require the use of stairs, we do not have an elevator or rooms with full wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.
